"Frown Town"

The train was untarnished and new

Not for even a day

Cos Calippos were spread

Amongst high pitched abuse

Windows claimed

Pointlessly and quickly

A  thoughtless expression

To impress some ‘friends’

The voice of reason and experience

Laughed at with ease

As their older generation

Sip 440 milli-litre freedom

The smart men ‘who know’

Are thinking it’s too much hassle

As the international scene

Seems a lot more ‘lucrative’

Uniforms churned out

In far away lands

To clothe the people who live

In a far ‘richer’ country

Complexions seemed damaged

Compared to some foreigners

As their diets dictated

By big business convenience

The pigs there to stop them

Sometimes they’re even worse

They drive around all day

Get paid by our 'faults'

Didn’t have to be that way

When people with less have more

You know that nobody’s perfect

In fact nobody’s even close
